Pathological placentation (placenta previa and placenta accreta) is one of the main problems in modern obstetrics, which negatively affects maternal perinatal mortality rates. The use technologies for timely diagnosis this pregnancy complication correct route patient allow to reduce blood loss significantly, save not only life mother child, but also uterus some cases.The objective: evaluate diagnostic possibilities ultrasound examination pathological placentation.Materials methods. An was performed 86 pregnant women with placentation. Ultrasound signs are divided into two groups depending on gray or color image.Results. In 92 % examined placentation, clear zone lost. patients a hypoechoic retroplacental found 70 cases, significant number placental lacunae various shapes sizes – 87 %, segmental thinning myometrium <1 mm 50 %.Protrusion surrounding tissues often observed due accreta, cases percreta exophytic mass indicates invasion tissue through extrauterine organs. 80 75 accreta have hypervascularization within under bed.Conclusions. an affordable effective method visualization following criteria were established confirmed: myometrial mm, lacunae, bladder wall rupture, lunate zone, protrusion, subplacental vascularization, uterovesicular hypervascularization, vessels that vascularize lacunae.
